Came out same day and fixed AC quickly. Was on time and a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

We have 2 central systems: one for main part of house and second for add-on and upstairs. In June our secondary unit went out. Another company said a “band-aid” fix would be close to $4000 and we really should just replace the whole thing. We couldn’t do that financially so we bought free-standing and window units. This week our main unit stopped working. They came out and had it up and running in short order and for about $100. So we asked them to give us a second opinion on our secondary unit. He didn’t want to know what the first company diagnosed was wrong with it until he did his own inspection. His diagnosis was one of 3 things being wrong, which would have to be tried separately, but at the very MOST, the third and worst problem would cost us about $1500! Then he looked at the other company’s result and said there is no way they could determine that being the problem without checking other, simpler things first. AND their $4000 fix would be less than half that with A/C Service and Repairs Co. He got the unit up and running, (it was the second situation) for about the same cost as what it cost us to buy the free-standing and window units initially. We could have been running that air all summer instead of using these window units. We will never use another A/C company again! Oh and he called back that night to check and make sure it was still running well. THAT’S good customer service.

I had an issue with my AC unit and wanted to get a second opinion. I was looking for family owned business. I came across Russ and A/C Service and Repairs Co. Unfortunately, I am not in his service area (over an hour away). But, that didn’t stop Russ from spending at least 15 minutes on the phone with me. He gave me valuable and knowledgeable information that saved me money and time. And since he can’t service me, he called his supplier to check for a reputable family owned business in my area. I am using the referral from Russ’ supplier. It’s so hard and really almost impossible to find qualified people doing quality work to make an honest living. People who still genuinely care about other people. More than just another job or another call. I highly recommend Russ based on my interaction with him and the accuracy of his advice. Thank you Russ for your time and dedication. You are the few good techs in a sea of bad ones.

I have used A/C Service & Repairs for years and I work for a different heating and a/c company. They are my go to because they have always been honest and have never tried to sale products that I don’t need. I have peace of mind that when I call them out, they are going to do the best work for a very reasonable price. I also like that they are a local, family owned and family run business and that they are always professional and friendly. I will continue to use them for many more years!!

I called Mr Ryon Allen this morning about an issue we were having with our air. He showed up very quickly, assessed the situation, and had it fixed in no time! Luckily it wasn’t too extensive. He certainly came to the rescue! 5 stars all across the board!!

Ryan and his crew did over and above what was asked. The SEER2 ratings, energy efficiency, price and brand options were explained clearly without being pushy. The crew arrived when he said they would. . He took the time to protect my floors and clean up any debris afterwards. He even swept some limbs annd leaves off my roof for me. Who does that these days!!! I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC system or to do maintenance on their A/C or heater.
