Unfortunately, I am not in his service area (over an hour away). But, that didn’t stop Russ from spending at least 15 minutes on the phone with me. He gave me valuable and knowledgeable information that saved me money and time. And since he can’t service me, he called his supplier to check for a reputable family owned business in my area. I am using the referral from Russ’ supplier. It’s so hard and really almost impossible to find qualified people doing quality work to make an honest living. People who still genuinely care about other people. More than just another job or another call. I highly recommend Russ based on my interaction with him and the accuracy of his advice. They are my go to because they have always been honest and have never tried to sale products that I don’t need. Extraordinary service. Our fan was blowing but the air conditioning unit fan was not turning. It was getting hot & it was mid afternoon. I found A/C service on YP and called. Within 2 hours Ryan came out and had our A/C back on. He showed us exactly what was wrong. Fixed it. Prompt, very fair price, no upselling just honest service.
