I had an issue with my AC unit and wanted to get a second opinion. I was looking for family owned business. I came across Russ and A/C Service and Repairs Co. Unfortunately, I am not in his service area (over an hour away). But, that didn’t stop Russ from spending at least 15 minutes on the phone with me. He gave me valuable and knowledgeable information that saved me money and time. And since he can’t service me, he called his supplier to check for a reputable family owned business in my area. I am using the referral from Russ’ supplier. It’s so hard and really almost impossible to find qualified people doing quality work to make an honest living. People who still genuinely care about other people. More than just another job or another call. I highly recommend Russ based on my interaction with him and the accuracy of his advice. Russ and Ryan installed an entirely new system in my 80-year-old house in November 2015. It wasn’t cheap, but Russ convinced me that it would more than pay for itself in the long haul — and it has. My total electric bills for the 12 months after it was installed were about $1100. I had been running above $200/month. Plus the system is quiet and comfortable. I’m completely satisfied.
