Extraordinary service. Our fan was blowing but the air conditioning unit fan was not turning. It was getting hot & it was mid afternoon. I found A/C service on YP and called. Within 2 hours Ryan came out and had our A/C back on. He showed us exactly what was wrong. Fixed it. Prompt, very fair price, no upselling just honest service. Wow - we are very happy - Highly recommend and will use again.
A/C Service & Repairs has been our go to air conditioning and heating company for years. Last month, our Heat Pump unit that came with our home in 2005 bit the dust. A/C Service & Repairs installed a brand new American Standard 4 ton 18 SEER inside and outside unit. They ran an all new cabling system for the duct work and inside unit in the attic, reinforced the flooring to support the new inside unit, and installed a new pad under the outside unit. The system is so much more quiet and efficient than the old power hungry system we had. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you A/C Service & Repairs, job well done!
We have 2 central systems: one for main part of house and second for add-on and upstairs. In June our secondary unit went out. Another company said a "band-aid" fix would be close to $4000 and we really should just replace the whole thing. We couldn't do that financially so we bought free-standing and window units. This week our main unit stopped working. They came out and had it up and running in short order and for about $100. So we asked them to give us a second opinion on our secondary unit. He didn't want to know what the first company diagnosed was wrong with it until he did his own inspection. His diagnosis was one of 3 things being wrong, which would have to be tried separately, but at the very MOST, the third and worst problem would cost us about $1500! Then he looked at the other company's result and said there is no way they could determine that being the problem without checking other, simpler things first. AND their $4000 fix would be less than half that with A/C Service and Repairs Co. He got the unit up and running, (it was the second situation) for about the same cost as what it cost us to buy the free-standing and window units initially. We could have been running that air all summer instead of using these window units. We will never use another A/C company again! Oh and he called back that night to check and make sure it was still running well. THAT'S good customer service.
Russ and Ryan installed an entirely new system in my 80-year-old house in November 2015. It wasn't cheap, but Russ convinced me that it would more than pay for itself in the long haul -- and it has. My total electric bills for the 12 months after it was installed were about $1100. I had been running above $200/month. Plus the system is quiet and comfortable. I'm completely satisfied.
