I recently had a new hvac system installed by Ryon and his helper (I apologize for not remembering his name…a pro for sure) after an old system that was poorly installed by an inferior company leaked causing water damage in our home. I have to say “This is the best hvac company I have ever done business with”. Russ, Ryon and associates are highly professional due to a great service philosophy. They came out this spring, I think it was in March. They installed the entire system. I have been using them for quite sometime and they are very reliable. Their price is very reasonable. They have average market price. I was satisfied with the price. They usually get back very quickly when you contact them. They are pretty punctual. I would use them again, hope not any time soon but I would use them.

A/C Service & Repairs has been our go to air conditioning and heating company for years. Last month, our Heat Pump unit that came with our home in 2005 bit the dust. A/C Service & Repairs installed a brand new American Standard 4 ton 18 SEER inside and outside unit. They ran an all new cabling system for the duct work and inside unit in the attic, reinforced the flooring to support the new inside unit, and installed a new pad under the outside unit. The system is so much more quiet and efficient than the old power hungry system we had. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you A/C Service & Repairs, job well done!

Russ and Ryan installed an entirely new system in my 80-year-old house in November 2015. It wasn’t cheap, but Russ convinced me that it would more than pay for itself in the long haul — and it has. My total electric bills for the 12 months after it was installed were about $1100. I had been running above $200/month. Plus the system is quiet and comfortable. I’m completely satisfied.

I heard about this company through some good neighborhood reviews and called around 0700 on a Monday morning. The owner not only answered my call that early, but told me that he’d have someone there by 0900 and Ryan and another guy were there just like they promised.

They quickly found the issue and replaced the part, serviced the unit, and blew out the line in the attic, all the while explaining what they were doing and how I could avoid some issues in the future. Not only that, but he looked at an issue with my thermostat which was just a programming issue and corrected it for me.

They were super polite, professional, fast, and honestly less expensive than I was expecting. They’ve a earned a loyal customer and I can’t recommend them enough.
