They came out the same day and had my unit working again by the very next day. They’re a small family owned business, and it shows. Ryan was very responsive, answered all of my questions, provided me with multiple options, and executed the quote with professionalism and care. They even neatly wound my hose back up after I offered to let them use it. I would call them again for my next AC need.

I had an issue with my AC unit and wanted to get a second opinion. I was looking for family owned business. I came across Russ and A/C Service and Repairs Co. Unfortunately, I am not in his service area (over an hour away). But, that didn’t stop Russ from spending at least 15 minutes on the phone with me. He gave me valuable and knowledgeable information that saved me money and time. And since he can’t service me, he called his supplier to check for a reputable family owned business in my area. I am using the referral from Russ’ supplier. It’s so hard and really almost impossible to find qualified people doing quality work to make an honest living. People who still genuinely care about other people. More than just another job or another call. I highly recommend Russ based on my interaction with him and the accuracy of his advice. I contacted them because my AC was making a very loud noise. Not only did they arrive within 30 minutes, but they took their time to look over everything and educate me as a homeowner about what to do for next time. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with A/C problems or routine maintenance to use A/C Service & Repairs! This is a family owned business who treats their customers with excellent service, care, and respect! I called to inform them that our A/C had gone out and Ryan responded quickly. He was able to come in the morning and repair everything before the heat of the day (95 degree day). Ryan was extremely personable and educated us on everything going on with our A/C unit and the repairs needed to be made. This was a great experience with a great company. I will definitely be using them for all of my A/C maintenance/problems in the future!!!!

Extraordinary service. Our fan was blowing but the air conditioning unit fan was not turning. It was getting hot & it was mid afternoon. I found A/C service on YP and called. Within 2 hours Ryan came out and had our A/C back on. He showed us exactly what was wrong. Fixed it. Prompt, very fair price, no upselling just honest service.
