Unfortunately, I am not in his service area (over an hour away). But, that didn’t stop Russ from spending at least 15 minutes on the phone with me. He gave me valuable and knowledgeable information that saved me money and time. And since he can’t service me, he called his supplier to check for a reputable family owned business in my area. I am using the referral from Russ’ supplier. It’s so hard and really almost impossible to find qualified people doing quality work to make an honest living. People who still genuinely care about other people. More than just another job or another call. I highly recommend Russ based on my interaction with him and the accuracy of his advice. I have used A/C Service & Repairs for years and I work for a different heating and a/c company. They are my go to because they have always been honest and have never tried to sale products that I don’t need. I have peace of mind that when I call them out, they are going to do the best work for a very reasonable price. I also like that they are a local, family owned and family run business and that they are always professional and friendly. I will continue to use them for many more years!!

I recently had a new hvac system installed by Ryon and his helper (I apologize for not remembering his name…a pro for sure) after an old system that was poorly installed by an inferior company leaked causing water damage in our home. I have to say “This is the best hvac company I have ever done business with”. Russ, Ryon and associates are highly professional due to a great service philosophy. Their quality of work is top notch and their style of installation makes things simple for future maintenance. They also repaired all the water damage around the new air handler in the utility closet. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. GREAT JOB..!

The Allen’s have been servicing our AC unit for years. Russell installed it into my parents home when they were building it 21 years ago. Ryon and I became friends in high school and one day he was over and saw his dads sticker outside. I nor my parents had any idea his dad was the one who installed our unit. Small world. We’re still friends today and they still service our AC unit. They are honest and hard working. You can’t go wrong with their service.
