I recently had a new hvac system installed by Ryon and his helper (I apologize for not remembering his name…a pro for sure) after an old system that was poorly installed by an inferior company leaked causing water damage in our home. I have to say “This is the best hvac company I have ever done business with”. Russ, Ryon and associates are highly professional due to a great service philosophy. Their quality of work is top notch and their style of installation makes things simple for future maintenance. They also repaired all the water damage around the new air handler in the utility closet. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. GREAT JOB..!

I had an issue with my AC unit and wanted to get a second opinion. I was looking for family owned business. I came across Russ and A/C Service and Repairs Co. Unfortunately, I am not in his service area (over an hour away). But, that didn’t stop Russ from spending at least 15 minutes on the phone with me. He gave me valuable and knowledgeable information that saved me money and time. And since he can’t service me, he called his supplier to check for a reputable family owned business in my area. I am using the referral from Russ’ supplier. It’s so hard and really almost impossible to find qualified people doing quality work to make an honest living. People who still genuinely care about other people. More than just another job or another call. I highly recommend Russ based on my interaction with him and the accuracy of his advice. I heard about this company through some good neighborhood reviews and called around 0700 on a Monday morning. The owner not only answered my call that early, but told me that he’d have someone there by 0900 and Ryan and another guy were there just like they promised.

They quickly found the issue and replaced the part, serviced the unit, and blew out the line in the attic, all the while explaining what they were doing and how I could avoid some issues in the future. Not only that, but he looked at an issue with my thermostat which was just a programming issue and corrected it for me.

They were super polite, professional, fast, and honestly less expensive than I was expecting. They’ve a earned a loyal customer and I can’t recommend them enough.
